Accountant / Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Finance Manager
  • Assist in monthly consolidation and financial reporting and reports to corporate head
  • Assist in preparation of financial analyses and management reports and budgets
  • Perform daily accounting routines and handle full set of books and accounts of certain individual companies

 

Requirements:

  • University degree with a professional accounting qualification
  • 3/4 years auditing experience in Big 4 audit firms
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Able to handle multi-task, self-motivated, well organized with a strong sense of responsibility and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Process receipts, payments and update the accounting systems
  • Prepare bank reconciliation
  • Maintain the petty cash book and handle employees reimbursement claims
  • Prepare debit notes and credit notes
  • Assist in management report preparation on daily basis and monthly basis
  • Maintain fixed assets systems
  • Provide administrative and clerical support and undertake filing duties
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Finance / Accounting or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 year experience in accounting field
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and with knowledge in SUN Accounting system will be an advantage
  • Fluency in written English and Chinese
  • Detail minded, proactive and hardworking
  • Immediate available is preferred

 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounting Assistant

Assistant Treasury Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Handle daily liquidity and cash flow management
  • Handle bank accounts administration and maintenance activities
  • Assist in deposit placement and loan rollover planning
  • Assist in loans administration and compliance monitoring
  • Assist in managing treasury investment portfolio and prepare weekly report
  • Maintain database on exchange rate and interest rate
  • Other tasks as assigned from time to time

 

Requirements :

  • Degree in Finance / Accounting
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Treasury function; Experience in Property Development, Construction industry and / or HK listed company is an advantage
  • Good Excel skill
  • Proactive, analytical, self motivated and good team player 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Treasury Officer

Building Services Inspector

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report site building services activities to ensure that working procedures, schedules, quality and site safety are in compliance with contractual document and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor and report progress of defects rectifications works
  • Monitor the site progress for timely completion and handover of units to purchasers
  • Perform site coordination work with consultants / main contractors / sub-contractors / supplies and the government departments.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Certificate or above in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or Building Studies or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years' related experience as Building Services Inspector or related positions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English and native in Cantonese.
  • Familiar with Building Regulations and construction details.
Human Resources Officer, Payroll

Responsibilities :

  • Provide full spectrum of C&B functions including monthly payroll calculation, final payments, tax filing, MPF & ORSO contributions, and other Payroll & Compensation related matters
  • Support on salary benchmarking, including data submission for market surveys, upkeeping the internal C&B database, job mapping, data & pay analysis
  • Support on annual exercises such as annual salary reviews, performance management processes, benefits renewals
  • Prepare HR data analytics and reports e.g. staff movement report, turnover and any other ad hoc reports
  • Ensure Full statutory compliance with local legislation and mandatory requirements;
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR duties and projects as assigned

 

Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 1 - 2 years solid HR experience in sizable organization
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and HR related other relevant regulations
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail, proactive, independent and well-organized
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, co-ordination, supervision and execution of the development projects
  • Manage project execution and to ensure the project achieves the design and quality standard as planned
  • Timely advise on possible need for change of approved design and direct consultants to issue variation   instructions according to agreed design solutions
  • Work with the Cost & Contract / Finance Teams to prepare the project budget and cost plans
  • Drive for effective teamwork amongst the project consultants and contractors particularly in resolving problems  and conflicts to ensure timely and orderly completion of project works
  • Supervise performance of site team through regular meetings, on–site inspections etc. to review progress and standard of workmanship

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Architecture, Engineering, Surveying or related discipline
  • Registered Architect, Chartered Engineer or Chartered Surveying
  • Minimum 8-10 years experiences in property developers and consultant firms
  • Good communication, negotiation and project management skills
  • Consultant experience preferable
Senior Internal Auditor

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and assess the risks associated with key business process and functions under audit plan
  • Execute the audit plan and conduct internal control system review and assess its effectiveness
  • Provide practical and value-adding suggestions to operating team
  • Follow up the implementation status over the findings identified in the internal audit review reports
  • Prepare reports and assist in paper work logistics

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years’ audit experience in sizable CPA firms or internal audit experience in commercial companies
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with analytical mind; proactive, independent to work and attention to details
Senior Project Officer (Cost & Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in carrying out cost control and contract administration
  • Scrutiny of cost estimates, tenders, contracts and sub-contract documents
  • Evaluation of variation works and payment applications
  • Settlement of final accounts

 

Requirements:

  • Recognized University Degree in Surveying or equivalent
  • Member of HKIS, HKIE, MCIOB or equivalent
  • 3 – 5 years relevant experience in large consulting firms or property developer
  • Proficiency in PC applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Responsible and self-motivated
