目前, 我们正在寻找：
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Finance Manager
- Assist in monthly consolidation and financial reporting and reports to corporate head
- Assist in preparation of financial analyses and management reports and budgets
- Perform daily accounting routines and handle full set of books and accounts of certain individual companies
Requirements:
- University degree with a professional accounting qualification3-4 years auditing experience in Big 4 audit firms
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Able to handle multi-task, self-motivated, well organized with a strong sense of responsibility and able to meet tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist in carrying out cost control and contract administration
- Scrutiny of cost estimates, tenders, contracts and sub-contract documents
- Evaluation of variation works and payment applications
- Settlement of final accounts
Requirements
- Recognized University Degree in Surveying or equivalent
- Member of HKIS, RICS or equivalent
- 3 – 5 years relevant experience in large consulting firms or property developer
- Proficiency in PC applications
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
- Responsible and self-motivated
