目前, 我们正在寻找:

Assistant Manager – Payroll & HRIS

Responsibilities:

  • manage the day-to-day payroll activities Manage the day-to-day payroll activities including payroll process, MPF and taxation
  • Lead and maintain HRIS system projects and improvement, and proactively recommend plans to address issues
  • Conduct internal job evaluation & competitive salary structure for market surveys, analyse results and conduct pay positioning analysis to ensure market competitiveness
  • Assist in mid-year and annual performance management and monitor performance appraisal system
  • Prepare HR reports and analysis for strategic planning, review and decision-making purpose
  • Support the review of remuneration and benefits related HR policies and guidelines

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in sizable organization, with hands-on HR experience including payroll processing and data analysis
  • Good team player with commitment to quality work and tight schedule
  • Excellent Excel skill and good computer skills in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin an advantage

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer

Project Manager (Cost and Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall quantity surveying process and contractual terms
  • Explore and identify building materials and product suppliers, prepare budget estimation
  • Scrutiny of cost estimation, tenders, contracts and sub-contract documents
  • Evaluate variation works and payment applications

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Surveying or related discipline
  • Member of HKIS/RICS
  • Minimum 10 years’ project experience in developers and/or consultancies
  • Excellent supervising skills and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and project management skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager (Cost and Contract)

Sales Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for property sales and related duties
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of sales campaigns for Hong Kong luxury residential projects
  • Conduct market research and analysis on market trend or practice of residential sales
  • Responsible for logistics planning and daily operations during sales launch
  • Liaise with business associate such as property agents and solicitors to facilitate sales activities and transactions

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in real estate, marketing, business, surveying or related discipline
  • 2 years working experience in property developer 
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Proactive, energetic, and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Knowledge in property related ordinance is an advantage

 

Candidate with less experience or fresh graduate will be considered as Assistant Sales Officer
