Assistant Accountant / Accountant

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle full set of accounts including AR and AP function
  • Assist to prepare month-end closing
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting field
  • Proficiency in using MS word, excel and with knowledge in SUN Accounting system will be an advantage
  • Detail minded, proactive and hardworking

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Accountant

Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing effective marketing programs including advertising, promotional & public relations events, collaterals and souvenirs production
  • Conduct competitive market news monitoring and clippings
  • Sales & marketing material stock control and management
  • Update marketing budget of different project / event and arrange financial payment to outside vendors and suppliers
  • Support day-to-day marketing co-ordination

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years’ solid experiences in marketing or communications field, working experiences in property industry is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive, self-motivating, creative-minded and a good team player
  • Strong in project and time management skills
  • Proficiency in PC skills (MS. Word / MS. Excel / Power Point)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage

 

Candidate with less experience will be considered as SeniorMarketing Officer

Corporate Development Officer

This position will support the Director - Corporate Development in brandings, Public Relations, marketing, new initiatives, research and analysis in property and hospitality projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing marketing, Public Relations and branding strategies;
  • Act as project coordinator with internal and external parties including colleagues, suppliers and consultants;
  • Support to implement marketing campaigns (including digital);
  • Conduct research and analysis on property investment projects

 

Requirements:

  • A University degree holder in any disciplines;
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience in marketing, advertising or digital related is a plus;
  • Excellent verbal and written communications (both Chinese and English);
  • A team player;
  • A problem solver and a creator;
  • Sensitive to figures;
  • Has a pleasant personality.
Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of C&B functions including monthly payroll calculation, final payments, tax filing, MPF & ORSO contributions, and other Payroll & Compensation related matters
  • Support on salary benchmarking, including data submission for market surveys, upkeeping the internal C&B database, job mapping, data & pay analysis
  • Support on annual exercises such as annual salary reviews, performance management processes, benefits renewals
  • Prepare HR data analytics and reports e.g. staff movement report, turnover and any other ad hoc reports
  • Ensure Full statutory compliance with local legislation and mandatory requirements;
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR duties and projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Fresh graduates or 1 years solid HR experience in sizable organization
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and HR related other relevant regulations
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail, proactive, independent and well-organized
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing

 

Less  experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer / Human Resources Assistant

Investment & Research Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain the residential and commercial sales database
  • Assist in analyzing market trend
  • Assist conducting researches to support acquisition, sales and investment activities
  • Maintain database and filing systems for regular management reporting and specific projects
  • Assist in conducting land search, company search and building plans search and relevant calculations & measurements for analysis
  • Provide administrative support, e.g. organizing records of practice notes, guidelines, legislations, sales brochures, etc. issued or published by various parties

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Surveying or related discipline
  • 1-2 year working experience preferably in property developer
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and also Microsoft Word
  • Attentive and careful, self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn; good interpersonal and communication
System Analyst / Analyst Programmer

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operational systems, including preventative maintenance tasks, and user support
  • Liaise with software vendors to research, design, implement, and troubleshoot information systems and technology solutions in support of business needs
  • Responsible to design and develop in-house Web and Client/Server applications
  • Translate user requirements into software specifications, resource estimates, schedules and obtain advance approval before modifications implemented
  • Document the helpdesk troubleshooting procedures, operations manuals, and user guidance
  • Assist team leader to collaborate with peers for tasks required in various system development tasks if required

 

Requirements

  • University graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in system design, web application development and project implementation
  • Proficiency in ASP, .NET WebForm , MVC, C#, VB.NET, SQL, AJAX, HTML, JavaScript and CSS, with solid experience in Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Service and Crystal Reports
  • Knowledge in Accounting, Property Sales and Property Management System will be an advantage
  • Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written and Mandarin is a plus
  • Self-motivated, creative, able to work under pressure and Good communications and presentation skills

 

Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Analyst Programmer
