Central Crossing
Launching in 2026, CENTRAL CROSSING is a placemaking project in the heart of Hong Kong. Crafted by Wing Tai Properties (SEHK stock code: 0369) and CSI Properties (SEHK stock code: 0497), in collaboration with a team of international creative experts, CENTRAL CROSSING at 118 Wellington Street is set to become a new centre of gravity in the city’s prime business district for change makers and life connoisseurs. It will transform the neighbourhood and create a global destination for business, tourism, cultural exchange, retail and culinary explorations.
Led by the globally renowned architecture firm Foster + Partners as the project’s Master Architect, CENTRAL CROSSING offers a gross floor area of approximately 433,000 square feet, seamlessly integrating Grade-A office spaces, a luxury international hotel, a bespoke lifestyle hub, green open space, and heritage preservation, bringing a new dimension to Central.
Offering connectivity throughout, CENTRAL CROSSING provides direct access to the Central-Mid-levels escalator and the Central Elevated Walkway, linking top-tier financial institutions, multinational corporations, as well as vibrant dining and cultural destinations within the neighbourhood.
