Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle full set of management accounts and daily operation works of the property development business
  • Manage cashflow and treasury functions
  • Close liaison with operations teams
  • Responsible for tax computation, annual financial statements, sub-group consolidation packages and management analysis
  • Liaise with auditors, tax representatives and professionals regarding audit, tax and banking matters
  • Participate in enhancement of accounting systems and procedures
  • Assist in ad hoc project

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance / Accounting; Member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent 
    6 - 8 years’ experience in CPA and HK listed companies, with at least 3 years of financial management supervisory experience
  • Experience in Property Development or Construction industry is an advantage
  • Strong business mind with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature and independent, strong analytical skills and able to meet deadlines
  • Immediately available is preferred
Inspector of Works

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the daily progress and quality of works at site
  • Assist the consultants to carry out testing and quality control measures at site
  • Assist Project Manager to monitor the performance of the contractors and their site team at site
  • Assist the Project Manager to issue Site Work Orders and to carry out inspections of the completed works
  • Assist the Project Manager to prepare defect list for issuance to the contractors
  • Attend site meetings; monitor the house keeping at site and the contractor's site safety measures
  • Monitor the site progress for timely completion and handover of units to purchasers
  • Monitor the contractor's defect rectification works and monitor the progress and quality of foundation & ELS works to meet contract specification and programme

 

Requirements:

  • Certificate or diploma in Building construction or related disciplines
  • 10 years’ experience in site supervision on luxury residential construction projects
  • Certificate in Safety and Health Supervisor (Construction) issued by Occupational Safety and Health Council
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines
