Assistant Accountant


  • Handle full set of accounts including AR and AP function
  • Assist to prepare month-end closing
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments 


  • Diploma / Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline    
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting field
  • Proficiency in using MS word, excel and with knowledge in SUN Accounting system will be an advantage
  • Detail minded, proactive and hardworking

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Accountant

Assistant Research & Development Manager


  • Report to Research & Development Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for conducting researches and analysis to support sales, land acquisition, product development and investment activities in Hong Kong
  • Liaise with agents, identify investment opportunities and carry out feasibility studies
  • Prepare valuation, competitors’ studies and statistical analysis in sale launches
  • Maintain and improve existing database to enable timely retrieval of data to support various analysis



  • Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Surveying or related studies
  • Recognized qualifications in general practice surveying or equivalent. 
  • 6 years relevant experience in property investment, valuation and research preferably in real estate developers or consultancies
  • Strong understanding of real estate market in Hong Kong
  • Strong business acumen with excellent coordination, planning, analytical and financial modelling skills


  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the Senior Executives
  • Handle and assist all assigned projects in a professional way and manners
  • Manage and coordinate the daily calendars and meetings
  • Schedule meetings for senior management and prepare meeting materials
  • Answer phone calls, type documents and arrange meeting schedules
  • Handle travel arrangements and personal agenda
  • Ad hoc tasks and projects as required


  • University graduate with formal executive secretarial training
  • At least 5 years' relevant working experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated, pleasant, tactful, hardworking with outgoing personality
  • High sense of responsibility, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
