Accountant / Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts including AR and AP function
  • Assist to prepare month-end closing
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline 
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in accounting field
  • Proficiency in using MS word, excel and with knowledge in SUN Accounting system will be an advantage
  • Detail minded, proactive and hardworking

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant

Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise subordinates to handle full set of management accounts and daily operation works independently 
  • Monitor cash flow, collection of accounts receivable and payments of individual entity
  • Review tax computation and annual financial statements and liaise with auditors, tax representatives and professional regarding audit, tax and banking matters
  • Prepare sub-group consolidation packages and schedules and management analysis to report to senior management
  • Participate in enhancement of accounting systems and procedures
  • Assist in preparing ad hoc reports and analysis

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance / Accounting; Member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent 
  • 8 – 10 years’ experience in CPA and HK listed companies, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience 
  • Experience in Property Investment or Property Management industry is an advantage
  • Good understanding of accounting standards
  • Excellent time management skills and communication skills
  • Willingness to work under pressure and within tight deadlines 
  • Proactive, dedicated, detail-minded and a good team player

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager

Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute marketing programs including advertising, promotional & public relations events. 
  • Support the production of sales brochures and marketing collateral materials
  • Plan and execute effective publicity program for press conference and events, including rundown, press release write-up, speech, Q&A, venue set-up / production, coverage monitoring, handle press enquiries and manage press relations to enhance the rapport with media and increase company and project exposure.
  • Update marketing budget, prepare appropriate reports and manage expenditure payments
  • Monitor new project launch and related marketing and PR activities in a systematic manner

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experiences, preferably with 1- 2 years experiences in property developer or marketing advertising agencies
  • Initiative, detail-minded and a good team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in PC skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, co-ordination, supervision and execution of the development projects
  • Manage project execution and to ensure the project achieves the design and quality standard as planned
  • Timely advise on possible need for change of approved design and direct consultants to issue variation instructions according to agreed design solutions
  • Work with the Cost & Contract / Finance Teams to prepare the project budget and cost plans
  • Drive for effective teamwork amongst the project consultants and contractors particularly in resolving problems and conflicts to ensure timely and orderly completion of project works
  • Supervise performance of site team through regular meetings, on–site inspections etc. to review progress and standard of workmanship

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Architecture, Engineering, Surveying or related discipline
  • Registered Architect, Chartered Engineer or Chartered Surveying
  • Minimum 8-10 years experiences in property developers and consultant firms
  • Good communication, negotiation and project management skills
  • Initiative and able to work under pressure
Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties including greeting visitors, answer the phone, handle the incoming mails, meeting room arrangement, courier and mailing services.
  • Responsible for providing administrative support including office supplies ordering, courier arrangement, meeting room arrangement, office maintenance, etc
  • Maintain tidiness and professionalism in reception area
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder or related discipline
  • 1 to 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Professional telephone manner with good interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, well-organized, proactive and a team player
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MsWord and MsExcel

 

Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the Senior Executives
  • Handle and assist all assigned projects in a professional way and manners
  • Manage and coordinate the daily calendars and meetings
  • Schedule meetings for senior management and prepare meeting materials
  • Answer phone calls, type documents and arrange meeting schedules
  • Handle travel arrangements and personal agenda
  • Ad hoc tasks and projects as required

Requirements:

  • University graduate with formal executive secretarial training
  • At least 5 years' relevant working experience
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated, pleasant, tactful, hardworking with outgoing personality
  • High sense of responsibility, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts including AR and AP function
  • Prepare sub-consolidation and package
  • Prepare statutory accounts and tax filing documents independently 
  • Assist to prepare consolidation schedules 
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Finance / Accounting or related discipline
  • Member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in accounting field 
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and with knowledge in SUN
  • Accounting system will be an advantage
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese 
  • Detail minded, proactive and hardworking
